New Ranking System
Officer rank is not a privelege. Do not ask to be a officer.b Command will grant you officer if you prove outstanding.
All enlisted personel are given a UID code(example: aaaa or 0000 or aaoo)
You must at least be a E3 in the ranks to try for special forces
Clan Wars are authorized by Officer and Command Ranks only
Violaters of UID rule will be demoted or removed from UID
Rank Advancement
Recruits rank up to E2 only if they pass their Recruit test.
After E2 rank advancement is per clan war participatiobn and skill
Only a officer can authorize UID advancement
